Refund Policy

At Elkhorn Valley Mechanical, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for HVAC services.

Service Fees & Diagnostic Charges
  • Diagnostic fees, service call fees, and inspection fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • These fees cover the technician’s time, expertise, and travel.

Repairs & Labor
  • All repair work is performed with customer approval prior to service.

  • Labor charges are non-refundable once work has been completed.

  • If an issue related to the original repair occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will evaluate and address it in accordance with our workmanship warranty.

Equipment & Parts
  • Installed equipment and parts are non-refundable once installed.

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts or equipment and will be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Special-order parts or equipment cannot be refunded.

Cancellations
  • Appointments canceled before the technician is dispatched will not incur a service charge.

  • Cancellations made after dispatch or missed appointments may be subject to a service or trip fee.

Deposits
  • Deposits for scheduled installations or special-order equipment are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

  • Deposits may be applied toward future services at management’s discretion.

Refund Method
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
