Service Fees & Diagnostic Charges

Diagnostic fees, service call fees, and inspection fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

These fees cover the technician’s time, expertise, and travel.

Repairs & Labor

All repair work is performed with customer approval prior to service.

Labor charges are non-refundable once work has been completed.

If an issue related to the original repair occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will evaluate and address it in accordance with our workmanship warranty.

Equipment & Parts

Installed equipment and parts are non-refundable once installed.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts or equipment and will be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Special-order parts or equipment cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled before the technician is dispatched will not incur a service charge.

Cancellations made after dispatch or missed appointments may be subject to a service or trip fee.

Deposits

Deposits for scheduled installations or special-order equipment are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

Deposits may be applied toward future services at management’s discretion.
